Margherita Otto
Our wines
I make wine from one varietal: Nebbiolo. The Margherita Otto Barolo is a multi-vineyard assemblaggio made in the traditional style: co-fermented plots, native yeasts, long maceration, with long aging in large botti. Beginning with the 2019 vintage, I made a microscopic amount of Langhe Nebbiolo in addition to the Barolo, in the same style but vinified for earlier drinking. For my wife, I make a little Rosato (rosé) for the house.
